Terms of Use

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Crew accounts are for working the events you are assigned to. Organiser accounts are for the organisation that added you.
• We may suspend or close an account that is misused, or to protect the service or other people.

Using the service properly

• Use participant information only to do your job at the event — never to copy, sell, contact or look up participants for any other purpose.
• Record collections honestly: hand a pack to the right person and scan or record it once.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access data you weren't given access to.
• Organisers are responsible for having the right to give us participant and crew data, and for telling those people how it is used.

Fees

The service is provided to organisers under the pricing and payment arrangement agreed with them. Crew do not pay to use the app.

Availability

We work to keep the service running during events, but it is provided “as is” and we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Organisers should have a fallback plan for event day.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost event revenue or reputation), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the organiser paid us for the event concerned. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time, and crew can delete their account in the app (see account deletion). We may change or discontinue features; if we change these terms in a way that matters we will update the date above.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction. Questions: support@justgolah.my.
